Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: In order to provide optimal service to our valued clients, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes, which should be communicated via telephone.
Short notice cancellations unfortunately prevent fellow clients from utilizing the available time slot. To maintain fairness and availability for all, we kindly request that credit card be provided when booking an appointment.
Please note that appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge equivalent to 30% of the booked appointment value.
